I have fallen off the diet wagon. Work stress, hectic schedules with physical therapy and kids activities, and a sick husband has made things quickly fall apart. And I don't just mean the house.
Far too often than I care to admit, I've gone to grab for candy or other quick-energy but unhealthy choices. And I'm paying the price. I feel sluggish and tired. And just plain miserable.
